Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping & Handling
We hand create your pieces to order and will ship your order in 2-14 days after purchase .We ship internationally too. All international orders will be sent out via Slovak Post first class signed for mail with a tracking number. These orders can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks on average depending on the country's customs. This time period does not include our turn around, please see above for details. If you'd like to add a package insurance, please contact us.
International customers are responsible for custom fees and taxes. All packages no matter what courier method will be subject to customs. All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot mark our purchased shipments as "gifts" on customs documents so please do not request this.

We accept payments via paypal.
If you are not satisfied with your jewelry or accessory piece for any reason, you can return it in 2 weeks for an exchange. Just send us a message. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges are possible for most of the items. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item if you wish to exchange it. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. However due to health code concerns earrings can not be returned/exchanged. Please note there will be additioal shipping charges.
As all of our pieces are made to order, we do not offer refunds unless there is an error on our part or if an item is faulty. In this case please contact us within 48 hours for a refund or exchange.
We gladly work on custom orders, please contact us if you have anything in mind.
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
